What is your return/refund policy?

*No refunds once items are shipped out. No exceptions!

*I am not responsible for any damages once items are shipped; however, I will do free repairs since I know accidents with USPS happen. I will cover the cost of returning the item back to you once repaired. Please allow up to 2 weeks once item is received for repairs.

*Please note, if you want to cancel an order once its been placed but has NOT been shipped, there is a non-refundable deposit of 30% on every custom order and 20% non-refundable fee for regular orders.

Do you sell/ship internationally?

At this time, I am only shipping to US, Canada and Mexico. I hope to be expanding to overseas soon.

If I see something that’s been sold that I like, can you replicate a piece?

All of my pieces are strictly one-of-a-kind and never replicated. I will, however, revisit themes.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Ready to Ship orders: As I am just a one woman operation, processing time will take 1-3 business days. My runs to the post office are only once a week (every Saturday). All shipping is via USPS with tracking. Any orders placed during the week will be processed and shipped out that Saturday, unless contacted otherwise.

Commissions: Payment plan orders are shipped out when paid in full. It takes 4-8 weeks per commission due to each scene being completely one of a kind and handmade.
